Modernizing design for modern marketers.
As the Product Designer at Loomly, I focused on enhancing the platform’s usability through thoughtful redesigns of existing tools and the creation of new features that help teams analyze and optimize their social media performance. I also led the development of an updated design system to ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability across the product experience.

A Better Way to Post

One of my first major projects at Loomly was a full redesign of the Post Builder, an essential tool for marketers creating and scheduling content for various social media platforms. The original experience required users to complete seven disjointed steps, leading to confusion and unnecessary friction. I restructured the flow into two intuitive stages by grouping related actions and simplifying decision points. The result was a cleaner, more efficient experience that users praised as easier to understand and faster to use.

A Vision for the Future

In parallel with the redesign, I also created forward-thinking mockups exploring what the Post Builder could become. These concepts incorporated the newly refreshed brand guidelines, bringing a modern, polished visual style to the tool. This future-facing work not only demonstrated how the product could evolve visually but also helped align the design system with upcoming brand shifts and improved internal visibility for the design team's vision.

Analytics, Reimagined

The analytics experience at Loomly had strong potential, but the original interface made it difficult for users to quickly understand how their content was performing. I led a full redesign of the Analytics Dashboard, focusing on layout, visual hierarchy, and ease of use. Working closely with the product team and engineers, we aimed to create an experience that felt streamlined and intuitive—reducing noise while making high-level insights more accessible to marketers at any level.

Digestible, Actionable, Beautiful

Beyond usability improvements, we also introduced more advanced metrics from a variety of social media platforms to better support power users. I worked to ensure that this complexity was surfaced in a manageable way—adding simplified filters, reorganized sections, and clear takeaways. The result was a more actionable analytics experience that helped teams better track performance and make informed decisions to shape future content strategy.

Design System from Scratch

When I joined Loomly, the engineering team was still referencing an outdated style guide. I began building a new design system in Figma from the ground up. I created responsive components, standardized patterns, and brought clarity to the product’s visual language.

Refreshing for an Evolving Brand

Midway through, we partnered with an agency on a full brand refresh. I adapted the system to reflect the new logo, typography, and color palette, ensuring our product design evolved in sync with the brand.
